The 9^th World Congress on Women – 2026 continues the legacy of global women’s movements that began with the historic gatherings in Mexico City (1975), Copenhagen, Denmark (1980), Nairobi, Kenya (1985), and Beijing, China (1995) — all of which shaped the global agenda for women’s rights, equality, and empowerment.

Since its inception in 1997, the World Congress on Women by Biogenesis has played a pivotal role in advancing discussions on women’s empowerment, education, health, equality, and poverty prevention through active participation and leadership. For over 28 years, this platform has united visionaries, policymakers, scholars, entrepreneurs, and advocates to champion women’s contributions to social, political, and economic growth worldwide.
